Hazards Identification
Danger Hazardous ingredients: Benzyl alcohol 3-aminopropyldimethylamine 3,6-diazaoktano-1,8-diamine 2,4,6-tris (dimethylaminomethyl) phenol Harmful if swallowed. Harmful if inhaled. Causes severe skin burns and eye damage. May cause allergic skin reaction. Wear protective gloves / protective clothing / eye protection / face protection. Wash thoroughly after handling. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. If there are contact lenses, remove them if they are easy. Continue rinsing. IF ON SKIN (or hair): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water / shower. Immediately call a POISON CENTER or physician. Dispose of contents / container in accordance with local / national / international regulations.
First Aid Measures
Description of first aid measures · General information: Immediately remove any clothing soiled by the product. Symptoms of poisoning may even occur after several hours, so it is medical observation for at least two 24-hour after an accident. To transfer patients to fresh air. Consult doctor immediately. · After inhalation: Supply fresh air and to be sure call for a doctor. In case of unconsciousness bring patient transport in stable side position. In case of complaints consult a physician. · After skin contact: Immediately wash with soap and water thoroughly. · After eye contact: Rinse under running water until well open eyelids. · After swallowing: Call a doctor immediately. Drink plenty of water and stay in the fresh air. Consult doctor immediately.
Firefighting measures
Suitable extinguishing media. CO2, powder or water spray. Extinguishing agents for safety reasons unsuitable: Water with full jet
Personal protective equipment
General protective and hygienic measures: Keep away from foodstuffs, beverages and feed. Immediately remove all soiled and contaminated clothing. Wash hands before breaks and after work. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. · Respiratory protection: Filter A / P2 In case of brief exposure or low pollution use respiratory filter device, intensive or longer exposure use respiratory protective device that is independent of circulating air. · Protection of hands: Protective gloves. The glove material must be impermeable and resistant to the product / the substance / the preparation. Select the glove material taking into account the penetration times, rates of diffusion and degradation. · Material of gloves thickness> 0,5mm PVC Rubber fluoride (Viton). Nitrile NBR The selection of the suitable gloves does not only depend on the material, but also on further marks of quality and varies from manufacturer to manufacturer, and should be checked before use. · Penetration time of glove material The exact break trough time has to be the manufacturer of the protective gloves and has to be observed. · For the permanent contact in work areas without heightened risk of injury (eg Laboratory) suitable are gloves made of the following materials: PVA gloves · Eye protection: Tightly sealed goggles. Face protection. · Body protection: Protective work clothing.
Disposal
The disposal of the material must be in accordance with national legislation. Must not be disposed together with household garbage. Do not empty into drains. For recycling contact the producer. Contaminated packaging: Disposal must be made according to official regulations. The container can be reused when cleaned or exploit the material.
