Hazards Identification
Danger · Hazard-determining components of labeling: xylene, mixture of isomers, oligomers added 3-isocyanatomethyl-3,5,5-trimethylcyclohexyl Flammable liquid and vapor. Harmful if inhaled. It causes skin irritation. Causes serious eye irritation. May cause allergy or asthma symptoms or breathing difficulties if inhaled. May cause allergic skin reaction. May cause irritation of breath. May cause damage to organs through prolonged or repeated exposure. May be fatal if swallowed and enters airways. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flame and other ignition sources. Do not smoke. Wear protective gloves / protective clothing / eye protection / face protection. Avoid breathing vapors. In case of insufficient ventilation, wear personal respiratory protection. IF SWALLOWED: Immediately call a POISON CENTER / doctor. IF INHALED: If breathing is difficult, remove to fresh air and keep at rest in a position comfortable for breathing. DO NOT induce vomiting. Dispose of contents / container in accordance with local / national / international regulations.
First Aid Measures
Description of first aid measures · General information: Symptoms of poisoning may even occur after several hours, so it is medical observation for at least two 24-hour after an accident. To transfer patients to fresh air. Consult doctor immediately. · After inhalation: Supply fresh air and to be sure call for a doctor. In case of unconsciousness bring patient transport in stable side position. In case of complaints consult a physician. · After skin contact: Immediately wash with soap and water thoroughly. Remove contaminated clothing. If skin irritation continues, consult a doctor. · After eye contact: Rinse opened eye under running water for at least 15 minutes. Protect non-injured eye. Consult doctor immediately. · After swallowing: Do not induce vomiting, seek medical help immediately. Drink plenty of water and stay in the fresh air. Consult doctor immediately.
Firefighting measures
Suitable extinguishing media. CO2, powder or water spray. · Extinguishing media for safety reasons unsuitable: Water with full jet
Personal protective equipment
General protective and hygienic measures: Keep away from foodstuffs, beverages and feed. Wash hands before breaks and after work. · Respiratory protection: In poor ventilation recommended respiratory protection. · Protection of hands: Protective gloves. The glove material must be impermeable and resistant to the product / the substance / the preparation. Select the glove material taking into account the penetration times, rates of diffusion and degradation. · Material of gloves The selection of the suitable gloves does not only depend on the material, but also on further marks of quality and varies from manufacturer to manufacturer, and should be checked before use. · Eye protection: Tightly sealed goggles. Face protection. · Body protection: Protective work clothing.
Disposal
The disposal of the material must be in accordance with national legislation. Must not be disposed together with household garbage. Do not empty into drains. · Uncleaned packaging: Disposal must be made according to official regulations. The container can be reused when cleaned or exploit the material.
