Polyurethane primer for non-absorbent substrates
Hazards Identification
Danger · Hazard-determining components of labeling: isopropyl alcohol 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane propan-1-ol Liquid and vapors are highly flammable. Causes skin irritation. Causes serious eye damage. May cause allergic skin reaction. May cause drowsiness or dizziness. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flame and other ignition sources. Do not smoke. Wear protective gloves / protective clothing / eye protection / face protection. Avoid breathing dust / fume / gas / mist / vapors / spray. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. If there are contact lenses, remove them if they are easy. Continue rinsing. Immediately call a POISON CENTER / doctor. Store in a well ventilated area. Keep container tightly closed. Dispose of contents / container in accordance with local / national / international regulations.
First Aid Measures
Description of first aid measures · General information: Move victim to fresh air. Consult doctor immediately. · After inhalation: In case of unconsciousness bring patient transport in stable side position. In case of complaints consult a physician. · After skin contact: Immediately wash with soap and water thoroughly. Remove contaminated clothing. Consult doctor immediately. · After eye contact: Rinse opened eye under running water for at least 15 minutes. Protect non-injured eye. Consult doctor immediately. · After swallowing: Drink plenty of water and stay in the fresh air. Consult doctor immediately.
Firefighting measures
Suitable extinguishing media. CO2, powder or water spray. · Extinguishing media for safety reasons unsuitable: Water with full jet
Personal protective equipment
General protective and hygienic measures: Keep away from foodstuffs, beverages and feed. Wash hands before breaks and after work. · Respiratory protection: In case of insufficient ventilation recommended respiratory protection. Filter B · Protection of hands: Protective gloves. The glove material must be impermeable and resistant to the product / the substance / the preparation. Select the glove material taking into account the penetration times, rates of diffusion and degradation. · Material of gloves The selection of the suitable gloves does not only depend on the material, but also on further marks of quality and varies from manufacturer to manufacturer, and should be checked before use. · Eye protection: Tightly sealed goggles. · Body protection: Protective work clothing.
Disposal
The disposal of the material must be in accordance with national legislation. Must not be disposed together with household garbage. Do not empty into drains. For recycling contact the producer. · Uncleaned packaging: Disposal must be made according to official regulations. The container can be reused when cleaned or exploit the material.
